GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF RECURRENT METASTIC CERVICAL CANCER

The Oncologist 2002;7:342–347

Professor Michael Friedlander regrets that he did not include Dr. Michelle Grogan, Radiation Oncologist at Prince of Wales Hospital, New South Wales, Australia, as a co-author. Her contributions on the radiation and surgical aspects of management that were included in their earlier, unpublished chapter on the management of recurrent cervical cancer were, unfortunately and inadvertently, not acknowledged in the original manuscript. Dr. Michelle Grogan should correctly have been listed as co-author on the manuscript published in The Oncologist. The online version has been corrected in departure from print.

EPOETIN ALFA 60,000 U ONCE WEEKLY FOLLOWED BY 120,000 U EVERY 3 WEEKS INCREASES AND MAINTAINS HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS IN ANEMIC CANCER PATIENTS UNDERGOING CHEMOTHERAPY

The Oncologist 2004;9:90–96

On page 95, the paragraph on Safety should read, "Ten patients experienced serious adverse events, none of which were considered by the investigator to be related to epoetin alfa," rather than, "Eleven patients experienced serious adverse events, none of which were considered by the investigator to be related to epoetin alfa." The online version has been corrected in departure from print.
