On page 53, the last paragraph in the Photodynamic Therapy section should read, "However, 17% of those patients had recurred by 1 year," rather than, "However, 83% of those patients had recurred by 1 year." In fact, 83% of patients had tumor-free survival at one-year follow up in this study. The authors would like to thank Dr. Marcus Wiedmann for bringing this to their attention.
