Patrick Johnston, M.D., Ph.D., FRCP, FRCPI
Dr. Johnston is Professor of Oncology and Director of the Cancer Research Centre at Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland. From 1987 to 1996, Dr. Johnston was a senior investigator at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Bethesda, Maryland. During that time, he received the Young Investigator Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He sits on several Senior Scientific Committees in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and is on editorial boards, including the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of the National Cancer Institute, Clinical Cancer Research, The Oncologist, and Clinical Colorectal Cancer.
