Sergio Pecorelli, M.D.
Professor Pecorelli is Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of Gynecologic Oncology and Pelvic Surgery at the University of Brescia, Italy. He acts as Advisor to the Scientific Director of the European Institute of Oncology in Milan. Dr. Pecorelli sits on numerous committees, including the American Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and the FIGO Committee on Gynecologic Oncology. He was Chairman of the EORTC Gynecologic Cancer Group from 1989 to 1997, and President of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society.
