Paolo Pronzato
Prof. Pronzato serves as the Director of the Department of Oncology at the S.Andrea Hospital in La Spezia, Italy, as well as Professor of the Specialty Medical School of Oncology at the University of Genova. He is a past President and member of the Scientific Board of the cooperative multicenter group,"Gruppo Oncologico del Nord Ovest," as well as Chairman of multicentric trials on the treatment of breast cancer and other solid tumors. In addition, Prof. Pronzato is responsible for a research unit of the National Research Council for programs about correlation between biological features of breast tumors and chemotherapy effectiveness.
