Jan B. Vermorken, M.D., Ph.D.
Prof. Vermorken is Professor of Oncology at the University of Antwerp, and Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at the University Hospital Antwerp. He was chairman of the ESMO National Representatives Committee, chairman of the ESMO Educational Committee, and a prominent member of the ESMO faculty. Prof. Vermorken belongs to various scientific societies, is Chairman of the Belgian Association for Cancer Research, and a member of the editorial boards of several international scientific journals.
